Tonia Uduimoh
Tonia Uduimoh is a leading Development Practitioner with over 18 years of experience in programme management, strategy design, system strengthening, and non-profit leadership. Prior to her current role, she was the Programmes Manger at the Foundation; championing the design and implementation of multiple high impact education projects across 23 states in Nigeria and facilitating strategic partnerships that delivered key performance objectives.
Tonia has served as an independent development consultant for various multinational organizations including Total Nigeria and Sahara Energy, helping redefine their social responsibility portfolios and sustainability mandate, and increasing return on investments. She has also contributed to the implementation of various education and health programmes funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), United Nation’s International Children’s Emergency Funds (UNICEF), and the UK Department for International Development (DfID), among others.
Tonia firmly believes in humanity and the power to positively impact lives and transform societies through social development. She continues to impact the sector through her volunteering and advisory services to smaller non-profits and social enterprises.

Tracy Akpofure
Tracy currently serves as the Operations Manager at Oando Foundation, overseeing the Foundation’s governance, finance, and administration functions. With over 19 years of experience across the Oil & Gas, Telecoms, and Development sectors in Nigeria, she brings operational insight and a sharp execution mindset to every facet of the Foundation’s work.
She began her journey at the Foundation as a Programme Officer, where she played a pivotal role in implementing the Adopt-A-School Initiative (AASI) across multiple states. She also successfully piloted key programmes such as Early Childhood Care and Development (ECCD) and ICT centers expanding access to early learning and digital education.
Her career path includes key roles at Oando PLC, Ashford & McGuire Consulting, iTouch Global Concepts, and the Kanu Heart Foundation, where she deepened her expertise in corporate services, governance, financial oversight, and strategic operations.
Driven by a passion for impact and sustainability, Tracy continues to champion operational excellence as the backbone of long-term social change.

Okechukwu Edeh
Okechukwu Edeh is a seasoned development professional with over 14 years of experience advancing equitable and sustainable community development through education programming, child protection system strengthening, and inclusive community engagement. He is deeply committed to ensuring that underserved and marginalized populations, especially children, have access to the resources and opportunities they need to thrive.
Prior to joining Oando Foundation, Okechukwu played a key role in UNICEF’s End Violence Against Children campaign in Northern Nigeria, where he championed system-level reforms to protect vulnerable children. He has also contributed to several USAID and CDC-funded initiatives supporting Orphans and Vulnerable Children (OVC), helping to reduce disparities, promote social inclusion, and strengthen development and humanitarian outcomes in Nigeria.
Widely respected for his community-led, results-driven approach, Okechukwu is known for mobilizing local systems and resources to create lasting impact. His work prioritizes equitable access to quality education, health, and protection services. He holds a degree in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management, with core strengths in Community Development, Child Protection, and Education Programming. A passionate advocate for access and inclusion, Okechukwu is driven by a vision of a future where every child—regardless of background or ability—can reach their full potential

Izunna Anegbu
Izunna Anegbu serves as the Programme Officer at Oando Foundation, where he plays a key role in the design, implementation, and evaluation of the Foundation’s strategic initiatives. With a background in Physics and Industrial Physics, he brings over a decade of cross-sector experience across the power, telecommunications, and oil and gas sectors. and has built a distinguished career in strategic programme design, project management, quality assurance, and impact assessment.
He has a notable background in crafting and executing strategies that drive sustainable development, working with top-tier organizations to pioneer innovative initiatives that address key national issues and create positive community impacts, particularly in healthcare, digital literacy, innovation, entrepreneurship, and education. He has successfully pioneered the launch and execution of national-scale initiatives, reaching a wide demographic.”

Tolulope Rahman
Tolulope Rahman is a development professional advancing the implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of Oando Foundation’s strategic priorities in education and environmental sustainability. She plays a leading role in driving the Foundation’s early childhood care initiatives and co-steers the youth-focused upskilling programme, ensuring they are data-driven, inclusive, and responsive to local needs.
With a growing footprint in programme execution, stakeholder engagement, and strategic communications, Tolulope has contributed to impactful interventions across multiple states, improving learning outcomes and embedding sustainability practices in public primary schools and communities. She brings a strong analytical lens to her work, strengthening reporting systems, refining internal processes, and ensuring alignment with institutional goals, state priorities, and ownership.
She places strong emphasis on systems strengthening and collaborative action, combining strategic insight with a results-driven mindset to ensure effective programme delivery.
